Rep. Martha McSally serves as the Representative of the 2nd Congressional District of Arizona. She is a member of the House Armed Services and House Homeland Security committees. Born in Warwick, Rhode Island, McSally later moved to Arizona. She attended the US Air Force Academy, and received Masters degrees from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government and the US Air War College. During her 26 years in the US Air Force, she became the first female fighter pilot to fly in combat, and the first to command a fighter squadron in combat.
