Detailed Legislative Agenda

S. 1108 (112th): The 10 Million Solar Roofs Act

Haven't we wasted enough forcing green technology on citizens before it's time.

(This bill failed to be passed during the two-year Congress in which it was introduced.)

S.J.Res. 10: Joint resolution proposing a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

Being that providing a balanced budget has been the top priority of the Democratic Party as expressed by Nancy Pelosi, I'm anxious to see how many of my Democrat friends endorse the bill.

(This bill failed December 14, 2011.)

H.R. 1124: Fairness in Taxation Act of 2011

Soaking the rich and causing more hardsips for small businesses will do nothing to resolve the economic situation that we find ourselves in. Class warfare is not constitutional and neither are most of the initiatives of the Obama administration. Capping what a corporation can donate to a charity is also a political manuever. The Quit Smoking Cigarettes Organization does not accept stimulus money and will not be directed by the Florida Department of Health.

H.Con.Res. 34 (112th): The Federal Budget for FY 2012

While it's not aggressive enough, not having a plan to save our bus from going off the cliff is treasonous. It's a matter of national security. Presently it costs 86 million dollars an hour to service our debt.
