I support S. 213 ("A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the excise tax") because... Why has it taken almost 30yrs to cancel this illegal inflated tax?

I support S. 213 ("A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the excise tax") because...well of course, I'm going to support this bill, because it eliminates some taxes. Just be aware that the implication is that you didn't, and don't, need the revenues from these taxes. Yay.
