I oppose S. 183: Hospital Payment Fairness Act of 2013 because...what would be better is to repeal Obamacare and come up with a program that makes insurance companies have to be competitive with each other for peoples business. Get the federal government out of the insurance business. Insurance is not listed in our Constitution.

I oppose S. 183 ("A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for fairness") because congressional idiots should keep the hell out of citizen health matters - they are not competent or intelligent enough to intefere with taxpayers' lives. Mr. Mark Warner - why am I not surprised to see you as a co-sponsor to this worthless "legislation"? You should be working on a senate budget.

I oppose S. 183 ("A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for fairness") because...I try not let the party influence my decision; but it makes me wonder what is to be read between the lines. All parties need to receive what is fair. It is the abuse that tarnishes things.
