I oppose H.Res. 28 ("Condemning the persecution of political opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko as well as other political prisoners,") because...I couldn't find anything about this person and from what country the person was from; but the Congress has much more important things to consider than to get involved in foreign affairs of this nature. Let their people make their voices heard like we do on matters that concern us.
