I oppose H.R. 124 ("To redesignate the Department of the Navy as the Department of the Navy and Marine") because... The Marine Corps is part of the Department of the Navy. There is no reason to rename the Navy other than to placate marines who refuse to believe that they are really part of the Navy. Aye?

I oppose H.R. 124 ("To redesignate the Department of the Navy as the Department of the Navy and Marine") because...waste of time and money. Buildings, stationary, etc. would have to be changed for what? Are you kidding me? My taxes are through the roof, my business is bogged down with gov. compliance, and my second amendment right is under attack and you are sponsoring this. Congressman Jones WAKE UP! Why aren't you co-sponsoring HR25 (Fair Tax/ Abolish IRS)?
