I support H.J.Res. 21 ("Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to clarify the authority of") because...this is the only real antidote to the corporatist wing of the Supreme Court where 70% of it's rulings are in favor of business/corporate interests.

I support H.J.Res. 21 ("Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to clarify the authority of") because the power of Corporations is already ruining our republic. They represent only the thirst for power and money. I expect you to act as a representative of the people of Colorado and not for any Corporation(s).

I support H.J.Res. 21 ("Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to clarify the authority of") because…corporations are not people, have no free speech rights and have overstepped common sense bounds. The Supreme Court will always protect them at the peoples expense because the court upholds the status quo above all else.

I oppose H.J.Res. 21 ("Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to clarify the authority of") because the federal and state governments already have sufficient authority under the Constitution to limit and regulate corporations however they see fit. Thus, the passage of this amendment would do nothing to change the status quo. For all intents and purposes, this is a waste of time.

I oppose H.J.Res. 21 ("Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to clarify the authority of") because... regulation of these companies means loss of jobs. Are the people of these states really looking forward to this? Have those who support this bill gone mad? I cannot understand their thinking unless it is just another so-called entitlement you should have. End the spending and get back to being fiscal with your money.
