I support H.R. 3663: Supporting Home Owner Rights Enforcement Act because unelected and unaccountable corporate and government bureaucrats from AEP and the FERC should not be able to usurp local and state government authority with regard to property rights. They are unreasonable, inflexible and nasty to deal with because they are accountable to no one. They routinely destroy property values with the arbitrary rules they make up and cost property owners thousands of dollars trying to stay in compliance with their unfounded and unscientific "mitigation" requirements. Congress should assert it's authority over this rouge agency and restore and protect private property rights.
