On Friday, the House passed one bill before adjourning for the elections:
- HR3409 the Stop the War on Coal Act To limit the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to issue regulations before December 31, 2013, under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act
In a late Friday session that went into early Saturday morning, the Senate passed several bills in what is expected to be the last Senate session until the November elections:
- HR 915 the Jaime Zapata Border Enforcement Security Task Force Act(amended)
- HR 1272 to provide for the use and distribution of the funds awarded to the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe by the United States Court of Federal Claims in Docket Numbers 19 and 188
- HR 2139 to require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins in commemoration of the centennial of the establishment of Lion Clubs International
- HR 2240 Lowell National Historical Park Land Exchange Act
- HR 2453 the Mark Twain Commemorative Coin Act(amended)
