  • HR 6047 The Phantom Fuel Reform Act amends the renewable fuel program under section 211(o) of the Clean Air Act to require the cellulosic biofuel requirement to be based on actual production.

  • HR 6040 The Continued Free Association with Palau Act approves the Agreement providing terms for a continuation of the free association between the United States and Palau.
  • HR 6039 The Green Mountain Lookout Heritage Protection Act preserves the Green Mountain Lookout in the Glacier Peak Wilderness of the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.
  • HR 6038 The Global Conservation Act strengthens the role of the United States in the international community of nations in conserving natural resources to further global prosperity and security.
  • HR 6037 The Small Business Lending for Jobs Act includes focusing on credit availability in the mission of each Federal banking regulator, to provide insured depository institutions with certain amortization authority and authority to include allowances for loan and lease losses when calculating the institution’s capital.
  • HR 6036 The Haqqani Network Terrorist Designation Act requires a report by the Secretary of State on whether the Haqqani Network meets the criteria for designation as a foreign terrorist organization
  • HR 6035 The Protecting Adoption and Promoting Responsible Fatherhood Act promotes permanent families for children, privacy and safety for unwed mothers, responsible fatherhood, and security for adoptive parents by establishing a National Responsible Father Registry and encouraging States to enter into agreements to contribute the information contained in the State’s Responsible Father Registry to the National Responsible Father Registry.
  • HR 6034 The Advancing Agricultural Floodplain Management Act provides for the establishment of a task force to conduct a study to analyze the challenges faced by agricultural areas and rural communities designated as an area having special flood hazards for purposes of the National Flood Insurance Program.
  • HR 6033 The Prostate Cancer Detection Research and Education Act provides for research and education to improve screening, detection and diagnosis of prostate cancer.
  • HR 6032 The Shiloh National Military Park Boundary Adjustment and Parker's Crossroads Battlefield Designation Act modifies the boundary of the Shiloh National Military Park located in Tennessee and Mississippi, to establish Parker’s Crossroads Battlefield as an affiliated area of the National Park System.
  • HR 6031 The Wind Powering American Jobs Act amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the production and investment tax credits for wind facilities and to modify the foreign tax credit rules applicable to major integrated oil companies which are dual capacity taxpayers.
  • HR 6030 The Hire Now Act provides a temporary tax credit for increased payroll, to eliminate certain tax benefits for major integrated oil companies.

  • HR 6028 The No-Hassle Flying Act authorizes the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration) to modify screening requirements for checked baggage arriving from preclearance airports.
  • HR 6027 The Intercountry Adoption Universal Accreditation Act provides for universal intercountry adoption accreditation standards.
  • HR 6026 The Dredging for Restoration and Economic Development for Global Exports (DREDGE) Act modifies the project for navigation, Mississippi River Ship Channel, Gulf of Mexico to Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
  • HR 6025 The Mandatory Operational Control Reporting and Performance Measures Act provides for annual reports on the status of operational control of the international land and maritime borders of the United States and unlawful entries.
  • HR 6024 The Hydro 2.0 Act authorizes development of hydropower and efficiencies at existing Bureau of Reclamation facilities.
  • HR 6023 The Federal Reserve Independence Act restricts conflicts of interest on the boards of directors of Federal reserve banks.
  • HR 6022 The Containing Risk, Offering Protection Act amends the Federal Crop Insurance Act to expand coverage under plans of insurance available under such Act to include losses to an insured commodity when, as a result of a federally-imposed quarantine, the commodity must be destroyed.
  • HR 6021 The Rehab and Ahmed Amer Foster Care Improvement Act amends part E of title IV of the Social Security Act to require States to follow certain procedures in placing a child who has been removed from the custody of his or her parents.

  • HR 6017 authorizes the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to waive the 30-day waiting period for flood insurance policies purchased for private properties affected by wildfire on Federal lands.

  • HR 6014 The Katie Sepich Enhanced DNA Collection Act authorizes the Attorney General to award grants for States to implement minimum and enhanced DNA collection processes.
  • HR 6013 amends the tax code to extend the time period for contributing military death gratuities to Roth IRAs and Coverdell education savings accounts.
  • HR 6012 authorizes the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide to owners of certain intellectual property rights information on, and unredacted samples and images of, semiconductor chip products suspected of being imported in violation of the rights of the owner of a registered mark or the owner of a mask work.
  • HR 6011 The Kidney Disease Equitable Access, Prevention, and Research Act amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve Medicare benefits for individuals with kidney disease.

  • HR 6006 The Early Treatment for HIV Act amends title XIX of the Social Security Act to permit States the option to provide Medicaid coverage for low-income individuals infected with HIV.
  • HR 6005 The Long-Term Care and Retirement Security Act amends the tax code to allow individuals a deduction for qualified long-term care insurance premiums, use of such insurance under cafeteria plans and flexible spending arrangements, and a credit for individuals with long-term care needs.

  • HR 5998 The USPSTF Transparency and Accountability Act amends title IX of the Public Health Service Act to revise the operations of the United States Preventive Services Task Force.
  • HR 5997 The Medical Preparedness Allowable Use Act amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to codify authority under existing grant guidance authorizing use of Urban Area Security Initiative and State Homeland Security Grant Program funding for enhancing medical preparedness, medical surge capacity, and mass prophylaxis capabilities.

  • HR 5994 The Choice in Healthcare Act provides a demonstration project under which Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries are provided the choice of health benefits coverage and access to a debit style card for the purpose of purchasing qualified health benefits coverage and paying for other health care expenses.
  • HR 5993 The Syria Non-Intervention Act prohibits the use of funds available to the Department of Defense or an element of the intelligence community for the purpose or which would have the effect of supporting, directly or indirectly, military or paramilitary operations in Syria by any nation, group, organization, movement, or individual.
  • HR 5992 The Samish Indian Nation Homelands Act directs the Secretary of the Interior to place certain lands in Skagit and San Juan Counties, Washington, into trust for the Samish Indian Nation.

  • HR 5986 amend the African Growth and Opportunity Act to extend the third-country fabric program and to add South Sudan to the list of countries eligible for designation under that Act, to make technical corrections to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States relating to the textile and apparel rules of origin for the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement, to approve the renewal of import restrictions contained in the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003.
